Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found ACS Roofing from a Facebook Group and of course I was skeptical about it at first but I figured I’d give them a call since the other roofing company was dragging their feet.
Wouldn’t you know that I had an excellent experience with ACS Roofing! From the start, my sales rep Nathan was courteous, professional, and very detailed in explaining the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The crew was efficient and respectful of my property, and the final result was a beautiful new roof that completely transformed the look of my home. I highly recommend ACS Roofing and especially appreciate the outstanding service provided by Nathan!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Talk about making a dreaded process painless! It's no secret to our neighbors that our previous homeowners did not take good care of the home. So with every project and endeavor we start it is always a commitment of time and finances. We actually started this venture with another company who dropped the ball with our insurance claim and then flat out told us that if they couldn't gouge the insurance company, they weren't interested in working with us. I was provided ACS' information from a realtor friend who highly recommended them. I reached out to Dave who returned my call promptly, set a firm appointment within 24 hours, and he kept the appointment! Dave was patient while we battled with insurance.

Ultimately, we ended up coming out of pocket and their pricing was more than competitive, beyond exceptional when we consider everything that had to be done. Even if they weren't, we were not going with anyone else at this point. ACS, Dave specifically, was able to competently walk me through the process, what to expect, and provide professional recommendations without it sounding or feeling like a sales line to raise the tab. We ended up having to re-deck the entire roof, fix a few rafters, insulation was added, and redoing the roof ventilation was recommended based on the shape of our roof. The service and quality of work was exceptional. An all hands-on approach would be an understatement. Every member of the crew was courteous and also very aware if my wife or ever stepped outside. When we were told to expect the crew at 7am, we kind of figured, "okay, sure". At 7am, it was like a small militia on our sidewalk and the work started at 7am. There was no dragging of feet and then hanging around until late morning. Everyone was also at full attention to ensure our safety if we had to come or go.

The crew got hit with all sorts of weather on their two day stretch from heavy winds, to rain, and even snow! That didn't stop the job and didn't hinder their performance. On the very first day of completion, within 36 hours of starting the job in a Michigan winter, we had to turn our heat DOWN!! The house is warmer, quieter, and looks better. If I had four thumbs, I would give ACS four thumbs up. I hope this helps and your experience exceeds ours (if that's possible)!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the start, David was wonderful. He came to my home when he said he would gave me an estimate The estimate was reasonable

The carpentry team fixed my roof just like they said they would. Removing and replacing beams and rafters that had split over the 50 years The service was fast the cost very reasonable The work was amazing thank you Phil and Ryan

We had to wait for the ice to melt, and the rain to stop, but boy when it did all the roofers were on top of the roof.
It took the roofing team five hours to rip off the old roofing repair the wood, and replace it with beautiful New shingles
All the men were very kind
Not a harsh word was heard when they talk to each other
It is my pleasure to write this review. I'm 70 years old and I have been taken advantage of by some other contractors, but not this group. They were kind courteous and gentlemen
I thank you ACS David Ryan Greg for all the hard work and bringing your teams to my home
